RENTAL CONDITIONS

• Subletting is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate end of rental.
• Use of Pool: our guests have free access to the pool. The pool is shared with the other guests on the property. We request that the guests respect the tranquility of the space. This is a private pool, we do not allow visitors from the outside. 
• Security: The pool is up to 1.60m deep. The pool area is not fenced in and the property is not secured for children. Safety around the pool and the rest of the property is the sole responsibilityof the accompanying adults
• No pets are allowed on the property
• Smoking inside the houses is not allowed
• Parties are strictly forbidden on the property
• Check-in time is at or after 13:00 and check-out time is at or before 12:00. If possible, we can allow flexible times on request.
• The guests are responsible for reimbursement of any damage caused before the departure. Check-in and check-out will be handled by the owner or the property manager
  

PAYMENT CONDITIONS & SCHEDULE

• The Cottage is available for renting throughout the year for a minimum rental period of 5 days. The Villa is available for rental on request only.
• Above rental prices include:
  • Electricity; high-speed Wifi Internet access; drinking water; weekly cleaning with change of bedsheets & towels; Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc
  • Free transfer from and to Tong Sala at arrival and departure
• 50% of rental fee is due at time of reservation. In case of cancellation, the advance is not reimbursed.
• Final payment due 2 months before arrival at the latest.
• For the rental, a deposit of THB 30’000 is requested at arrival (can be paid in foreign currency). The Property Manager will reimburse the deposit after check-out inspection if no damage occurred in the currency of deposit paid.
• Tariff of rental cost is in Thai baht. The exchange rate mentioned is for reference only and the actual exchange rate to local currency at time of payment will apply.
• Banking details and payment conditions for money transfer will be communicated at time of confirmation of booking.
